Alex began his career in real estate with a hyper-focus on buyers. He trained daily on every aspect of the home buying process including contracts, negotiation, targeted searches, comparative market analysis, leveraging, positioning, inspections, appraisals, surveys, title, and much more in order to become an expert buyer specialist. After three years of providing 5-star service to buyers, Alex began to study the intricacies of the listing side of real estate transactions. He continued to train daily on the listing process, the local market dynamics, exposure strategies, and marketing to drive the maximum amount of traffic possible to each home he listed.
